Mould manufacturing

The company has 15 years of mould development and manufacturing history, especially has rich experience in the mould of pulp molding products. In order to meet the requirements of different products, the development of new products must be verified by the company’s experimental base, and amended many times, until it meets the requirements of users.

Type of mould

There are the following kinds of materials:

1. Clinker type: mainly used for forming mould and transfer mould.
2. Casting (aluminum alloy, copper alloy) : it is mainly used for hot pressing mould and transfer mould.
3. Profile class: Aluminum profiles is mainly used for hot press mould.
